This includes offering accurate information and advice on study opportunities, local education systems, culture, and geographic regions. Additionally, the role involves assisting with application documentation, facilitating enrollments, and promoting Nmark Education’s products and services.

Responsibilities
- Achieve your pipeline goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and advocacy throughout the student journey. This includes promoting essential student products and services, managing and maintaining leads and successful applications, seeking referral opportunities, and participating in events and lead-generating activities, along with maintaining the database.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, their families, and education providers by participating in planning activities to enhance student engagement. Deliver accurate information about admissions, processes, and qualification options in an easily understandable manner, and regularly engage with students and education providers.
Skills/Experience
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service-driven environment, with a record of achieving individual and team-based targets.
- Strong understanding of the education sector, including the placement of students into VET programs and universities, along with knowledge of immigration requirements and processes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or prior experience in a similar role as an Education Counselor.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English, both verbal and written.
